Welcome
The Codependency Support Group of Woodstock is a new support group that takes place on the third Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8 pm at the Canadian Mental Heath Association of Oxford. Although there is no recognize diagnosis for codependency, it can present itself with mental health problems, emotional stress and relationship difficulties. The Codependency Support Group of Woodstock provides a safe place to discuss and share personal concerns with other people having similar experiences. It also provides an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about codependency.

The Codependent Support Group meeting take place at the CMHA in Woodstock at 522 Peel Street.
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Water and snacks are provided.
